A few things I am thankful for:
*friends and family, near and far
*my family being able to celebrate all together, and the fact that I will join them soon enough
*having the opportunity to study and live here
*the fact that Christmas is much more secular here and the college can have its own Christmas tree without anyone being offended. It went up this afternoon and which made me feel like the holiday season is here since I can't see the Santa at the end of the Macy's Parade.
